I checked out a day early & was told that i would receive a refund for the 1nd night that i paid for but i never received it..

My room was clean and so was everything else, such as the pool area bathrooms and the lobby. You can smell that cleaning was being done throughout the stay. They were short staffed but anything I asked or needed the staff assisted. No the only thing that bothered me was that when you book a room with an indoor pool, you’re expecting me to use it every day you’re there I was only able to use it a couple hours on the first night I stayed, the last two nights it was closed. But because everything else was a satisfactory. I didn’t complain about it.

No one at desk when I arrived in the afternoon. I called the hotel and no one answered. Had to walk around the place to find someone in a back room to check me in. Room was clean, bed comfortable. AC cold. Location convenient to dining. Door was warped and there was almost a 1 inch gap at the top of the door. Window coverings were electronic but one was broken. Fitness center was FILTHY. Didn't use pool, but there were toddler swimming lessons the two days I was there. Breakfast was BAD. Coffee terrible. No one at desk either morning. I will not be going back here.

My room was clean and otherwise ok. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken and completely empty. The breakfast room was dirty, messy and rather gross. Two other guests kindly warned me not to make a waffle because the batter was sour. Most of the tables had not been wiped off and the floor was sticky. When I selected apple juice from the dispenser, it actually dispensed orange juice. Thank goodness the bedroom area of my room was nice. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing hotels on short notice. But if you want a quick breakfast, this is not the place to stay.

The breakfast was terrible and was not maintained at all. Juice was out. Drip tray was overflowing with water. The aches were not cooked all the way no breakfast attendant people wearing no shoes. Housekeeping only service our room one day when we asked for service every day and fresh towels
