While the house may not be modern, we have made sure it is cozy and well-maintained inside. This bright, clean, and comfortable 3-bedroom home is ideal for families, groups, and extended stays near Melton Lake, Windrock Park, ORNL, and the UT Arboretum. Guests appreciate our spacious living areas, fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches designed to ensure a truly relaxing experience.

Ami’s Oak House is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home designed for comfort and relaxation. With four beds, it accommodates up to eight guests, making it perfect for families, groups, and extended stays. Guests love the exceptional cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere, ensuring a restful experience.

Cozy & Comfortable Bedrooms

1. Master Bedroom – Spacious, bright room with a comfortable bed, soft bedding, warm wood floors, and large windows with sheer curtains that let in plenty of natural light. Includes a dresser, bedside lighting, and a TV for relaxing at the end of the day

2. Second Bedroom – Cozy room near the kitchen with a comfy bed, closet, window, extra cover, and barn doors across the doorways (guests love the charm!), but it’s not a fully enclosed traditional bedroom — ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements.

3. Third Bedroom – A fun and cozy bunk bed setup, ideal for kids or extra guests!

To help keep our home clean and comfortable for everyone, we also have a NO OUTDOOR SHOES INSIDE policy and a strict no smoking rule (inside the house or on the property). Violations will result in extra cleaning fees.
