The whole place was dirty and rundown.The shower was terrible. Nothing was clean. We didn't stay afraid to stay there. We took one look at the place and told the manager we were not staying, we canceled the reservation.

It was my 1st time staying here, yes it was little warm outside but with the nice cool AC is got comfy including the bed very soft. Staying here made my trip to Bass Lake very short comfy trip. I love it

We took one look at the room and left. We couldnt sleep there. Sheets were filthy, room was dirty, and oee stayed somewhere else.ur luggage couldnt fit into the room.

Old outdated, dirty and smelly. Neglected property. Weeds growing through the deck. Hasn't been mowed in months. The pool in the picture was empty and hasn't been used in years. Kitchen was unusable. Drawers and cabinets are all falling apart. Showers were dirty. National Lampoon vacation.

They have me my room and i go in and the floor is full of ants i went back to the office and they gave me a second room, i walk in to the room it was better after a long day i was ready for a showe i grabed a shower towel and there was roddnt dropping in between the towles i had to leave worst of all i was not refunded due to hotel policy , worst place ever

So, I will start by saying the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. We did not stay at the maine cabins, it was a few mile down the road in a group of three houses. We stayed in cabin 3. I don't know the condition of the other two but dont let the pictures fool you. Cabin 3 looks great but smells TERRIBLE. I've never been in a building that smells like cat urine and BO at the same time and the lights in the back room and hallway bathroom did not work. I'm guessing this was a low budget house flipe of something that was in pretty bad shape. Please do not rent cabin 3.

The staff was very nice but the place was very terrible. It needs a lot of fixing. There is no hot water. One of the bathroom gets flooded and still feel dirty after a shower. They need to provide newer kitchen items like pots etc. they’re old and dirty. There’s overgrown grass outside and we found snake holes and snake skin, not safe if you have pets. One of the windows in the bedroom has no lock, it was broken. It is however very close to stores. Other than that, i wouldn’t recommend.

There were cobwebs and spiders in the corner of several rooms. There were ants trailing in. The blankets were stained, one even had a burned hole in it. It really felt like no one had stayed there in a while. The smell wasn't pleasant either. I would not recommend this prop

This has been the worst of the rooms I have ever stayed in. The floor, bed and the bathroom were very dirty. The toilet tissues were missing and I had to go to the office to complain about it. The bedsheets and towels provided were also very dirty. The coffee maker was not at all clean, you would never think of making coffee in that. Moreover, they do not provide you any cups or glasses to have coffee, so better take some from home if you wish to have coffee

Misrepresented site!!

This place was SO misrepresented on hotels.com. It should be taken down. The pool is empty and full of debris. The front desk said "under repair" but its just decaying. Everything is crumbling and run down. I cant imagine what the "pool access" room looked like. Our house was off site, 5 miles away which would have been fine, excrpt we had to drive back to the front desk as NO toilet paper, NO extra bedding for the pull out couch, and NO paper towels. The house itself looked abandoned. No upkeep. Yard overgrown with weeds. Inside cupboards were broken, light fixtures missing covers, sagging and dirty curtains. Super weird smell with empty glade plugins all over. Just so bad. But the kicker were the spiders. The kids killed 3 when we left to get toilet paper. I am not posting a picture of that as it is so disgusting but my kids took one. I plugged the open bathroom sink with a washcloth and that helped. There was no curtain in the kitchen so my kids took a painting off the wall to cover it for sleeping. Only positives I can give our the front desk person was nice, even though he didn't seem to know what was going on, the a/c worked, and the bedding was clean. We were only there 12 hours overnight. Any longer we would have had to have a different place. I see some reviews arent bad so i think some homes might be better. I would not agree to stay until AFTER you see where they put you.

I was expecting what was advertised in the picture was the one we will be getting but instead its the opposite. I was told that the pictures that this property posted was from other sites that supposedly they owned. None of the pictures listed was there. I asked for the pool and the front desk told me its under construction. Booked 2 Bedroom but the other bedroom is very hot and no HVAC. Its just like a 1 bedroom and an extension. I have complained on the front desk and he gave me a standing fan. I have to share with my friends beds just to fit in a room with HVAC. If there is a negative beyond 1 star I would give this to you for the price we paid, we could have booked a decent hotel close by. Very bad experience on this property. Unless your are in desperate situation and there is nothing available within the area, avoid this one at all cost. Take your family to a decent place not this one. First time using Expedia and this too disappointing experience. Never again trusting this. I got better reviews from other places I stayed.

I booked property, a book now pay later, which online it says you will pay at the hotel upon arrival. We arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures and they proceeded to tell me that we booked this massive house "Lodge" and it was way more expensize than my reservation called for. I pulled up reservation and showd amount due. They said they could put us in another property. Went to that location and there was sticky traps with bugs all along multiple walls, no air in back bedrooms. He told us at the desk if it is not what we wanted he would not charge us. They did charge us and told us Expedia told them to do so. We called Expedia and they stated the hotel is the one who processes refunds and they are the one who charged us. We were out $600+ on vacation- The property is definitely not what pictures show.

The WORST! AVOID and pay for better.

This was just the worst experience and I am not fussy. This was a bait and switch scheme. I booked with the impression, given the photos and reviews ON HERE…should have checked Google. NO HOTEL, NO pool, NO wifi, No access to restaurants or amenities as advertised, no front desk, NO COFFEE!. Not a care about you either. NOW THE PLACE…3 miles up the hwy, 3miles into a no exit road, dingy filthy yard, broken bbq, no locks, 2” gap under front door for critters, spiders, NO CURTAINS. NO WIFI NO CELL, NO POOL, NO LAKE, NO FRONT DESK, toilet plugged but they did come unplug it while we were out. BEDS are BOX SPRING HARD! Felt like we were in a horror movie waiting for Mike Myers.

Great stay

Gill and Kerpit were cordial, friendly and timely, even as we arrived close to midnight for our hike at Yosemite. The location for surpassed some of the reviews that people were writing. We booked the suite that had three queen beds and one and a half bathrooms and it exceeded our expectations while also being under 20 miles from Yosemite‘s south entrance.
