There is a reason this property is nonrefundable! Do not stay here, especially if you’re a woman traveling alone. The manager, Dhruv (Drew), followed me around and made me feel extremely unsafe after I complained about the room. Multiple times, he tried to get me away from my traveling partner, he didn’t want me calling customer service. The doors and windows do not secure properly, the front door had clearly been broken down recently. The floors are damaged, and there were stains, blood, rust, mold and grime everywhere. The property photos are misleading; the property doesn’t offer two queens. It is not clean, not well-maintained, and the area is unsafe. Parking is falsely advertised as “limited,” but it’s actually reserved for guests the manager prefers. The gate even hit my car on because it lacks lights or sensors, a child could be easily injured by it. I left immediately and stayed elsewhere.

Rundown and dirty

Parking is a stressful experience with very tight spaces and columns, the room was just rundown, dirty and the fabric bedframe was full of stains. BUT the area is pretty great with some nice restaurants.

This is a nice place to stay. I stay here when I get a rate under a hundred dollars. It feels like a value at that price. I've stayed here a few times over the part 4 years. It is begining to get worn down which makes it 'feel' less fancy and clean compared to a couple years ago.

This was not what I expected! I thought I’d come to the wrong place! The only access is via the security gates and there was no clear way to contact reception. Perhaps this is a common set up in the US but access needed to be clearer at the property and on the confirmation details. Then to find you step from outside straight into your room, ie motel style, felt un nerving. When you arrive the property sign says motel, this is not clear from booking description. Couldn’t open the blinds during our stay. Fridge made irregular loud noises so we unplugged it so we could sleep. You will hear road noise during the night.

A very basic and comfortable four day stay for the price. Cleanliness top notch; bed and pillows the best. The location on a busy street provided plenty of street noise, and the parking area was tight if in a large vehicle. Will return when in the area again.

I was driving solo and stayed for one night. No issues at all. This is a one star hotel so everything is pretty basic and the reception talks to you from behind a glass window. I would not have stayed if I was with family or didn’t have a car. I would not walk around in the area. Check in late check out early and be safe.

This place absolutely suited my needs for travel. Bathroom could have used a little more scrubbing on the floor and shower, but it wasn't the worst. The bedding and towels and toilet were spotless! The bed FRAME however is holding onto the memories of the last 10 years (or so it appeared.) I'd suggest a replacement to a less "impressionable" surface. Also there was a hole in one of the floor panels. Again, I can walk around it but it was very noticable. Other than that the room was spacious and nice. It had all the essentials and a nice TV and fridge. Parking was the highlight for sure. Safe and easy once in the gate. Overall the property suits the needs of most. It was mostly clean, but can use a little boost in some areas. But the price and parking is what makes this one of the best options to stay. I would stay again if I need to.

Room is clean. Facility is fenced. I felt safe. Many dining options nearby. I had checked in late and checked out really early- no one at the front office but I called the phone number and someone showed up.

Newly remodeled but the motion sensor activated in-room lights are annoying. The lights are bright but turn off if you don’t move around for too long (turns on when the sensor detects movement; even when sleeping).

The property is beat up. The photos are not close to what is on Expedia. Floor dirty and worn from suitcase wheels or other things dragged. Bed side rails worn and blackened. Property displays no smoking signs outside and in, but could see tons of cigarette butts throughout property. Vaping clearly going on in rooms around us. No Ice Machine which seems like a simple amenity that every hotel should have. Customer Service poor. Check in and every discussion behind glass is very off putting even with the health risks of our current day. Bathroom light sensor broken and constantly turns on which is tough during the night. The room is really small. The chair should be in the dumpster.
