Overall, the hotel is nice, maintained. Plenty of amenities (-) a in room microwave. The reception staff that I encountered was pleasant, helpful, accommodating. The housekeeping staff; I have no score to provide, nothing nice to say. Each encounter there is a language barrier that prevents my request to go unmet. I point to what I need done and it is hald done-improperly done. "Who cleans the bath tub with a dry hand towel then pour a 20.ounce cup of water to rinse.?" Like really ! I have enountered at least six diffrent housekeepers during this stay, each encounter the same. "Me no speak english. I am sure that on pay day they understand their paycheck; in english. This is not a good look for the hotel since the majority of the guest were english speaking. (My personal observation) Customer service lacks in the area of housekeeping.

I asked for a tooth paste at 9 pm and they didnt send it I went down in the middle of the night to get the tooth paste I asked for a late check out and mist hotels oblige since i had checked in very late at night but they refused.Rhey didnt even have full occupancy.

I like this particular Courtyard because of the location. It's out of the way and at the same time it's easy to get to. Even on public transportation. I also like the rooms. They're clean. The hotel is quiet. And the staff is professional . Two things I didn't like was the rooms didn't have alarm clocks and the TV were missing the Marriott Bonvoy channels.

The TV's are older flat screen TV's and the channel selection was very very minimal. I asked the front desk person about the channels, and I was told nothing before channel 7 works in the hotel. Which was not true as the TV in the Lobby (newer TV) got these channels. I had to watch Game 6 of the NBA finals in the Lobby. The other channels that I was able to get in the room, half were garbage and could not hardly see what was on those channels. Spend your money and stay elsewhere.
