Beware Black Mold

Black mold in the room. When leaving, a couple asked us if we had stayed in this room as they had been present the room the day before, found black mold, showed the pictures to the front desk and asked to be switched to a different room. We found the mold and photographed it, presented pictures to the front desk staff who were unable or unwilling to contact management or corporate. The staff is knowingly renting out rooms that are unsafe and uninhabitable.

Old, dirty, smelly, no microwaves in the rooms: when i called to bring me one ( they said it was an option) but we had to wait for more than 30 mins because the person was having dinner at that time and he was THE ONLY one who could bring that to us. Seriously in this size hotel you have only one person to service requests like this? Not coming back, we did not enjoy our stay, unfortunately.

We were initially given a room that was already occupied, and after trekking across three buildings, we had to return to the front desk—only to be met with an annoyed look instead of an apology. Once we finally got into the correct room (supposedly for four guests), we found only two towels. When we requested more, the same front desk staff responded with the same dismissive attitude. Asking about breakfast earned us a raised eyebrow and a curt “at the restaurant.” Not exactly welcoming. The pool was barely heated, the hot tub was broken and out of service, and the gym was half closed for repairs. Towels at the pool had visible stains, and the room itself was shockingly dirty—grime that looked like it had built up over years. The glass door was so filthy you could barely see through it. This hotel relies solely on its location. Beyond that, it makes no effort to provide a pleasant experience. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and broken amenities made for a stay we won’t be repeating.

even Motel 6 offers coffee in the lobby in the morning… 12 foot curtain on a 15 foot ground floor window - quite a peep show for the parking lot. Should have shared some of the $40 parking fees charged to other guests.
