I liked that it was close to the marathon I ran. I did not like that the carpet was wet when we came into the room for the first time. Also, the toilet was clogged and since I stayed there on a Sunday I was told "maintenance was not available on weekends" so I asked to borrow a plunger. There was a plunger available but I was not able to unclog the toilet, so had to use the lobby restroom if I needed to. The lady at check in was also a bit rude as I asked to check out late on Sunday and she said it was not possible.

We had to find another hotel as this place was scary and I was afraid to stay there. The parking was on the street and you needed to not leave valuables in vehicle, and GRAFFITI was Everywhere,. I was afraid for my life to stay there.

My stay here was wonderful, valet parking whisks your car away and the hotel itself was very safe most areas requiring a key card to gain access anywhere and the location is stellar!

No bathroom light, no conditioner, plugs broken

Arrived in the middle of the day to find the front doors locked. After several attempts at hitting the buzzer, I was finally let in. It was ten minutes until 3 PM, and I was told since I wasn't a silver or gold member I would not be able to check in, even though my room was ready. At exactly 3 PM all of the people waiting in the lobby lined up to check-in with the one clerk on duty. When I got to my room, half of the lights and outlets, including everything in the bathroom did not work. When I was leaving to get dinner I told the clerk, who told me (for the first time) that you have to hold your key card up to a square in the room to get the lights to work. News to me. He told me if that didn't work, I would have to switch rooms since there was no maintenance person on duty until Wednesday. Got dinner, came back and tried the square. No change. I was so exhausted I decided to just stay in the room and deal with it. Then I took a shower and there was no conditioner in the bottle. Woke up before dawn and got ready in a half-dark room where half the plugs didn't work. Not a great stay.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. But alas, paper thin walls you can here the person snoring next door from you, which is uncomfortable and makes it difficult to sleep.

Homeless people right outside the hotel. The person that checked me in barely even spoke to me. Talk so softly that I could barely hear them. When asked to repeat, they sighed heavily, and repeated what they said at the same exact volume. All the local restaurants close around 5pm. So, if you looking for somewhere close to walk to you are out of luck.

Hotel great, service left a lot to be desired.

The stay was fine. My second time at this hotel. However, the woman at the desk when I checked in around 9:00pm (I think) was rude, unfriendly and seemed annoyed she had to help me at all. When I asked her what time the parking meters start in the morning - on the street out front of the hotel - she replied, “I don’t know, go check the signs.” She didn’t mention the free breakfast, although I knew about it from my prior stay. She was extremely unpleasant and gave the vibe that she hates her job. The man at the counter in the morning was the opposite. Super friendly and helpful when I forgot my key in the room.
