Great Stay, for first time BACK!!

Great Place to stay!! ... Haven't been back for awhile with the family, and what a treat this place is ... Right off the freeway, but no freeway noise heard ... Great location, right next to what looks like great street to walk and shop ... the area seemed very safe, even my wife and daughter walked down to the shops ... later I walked with them to lunch and was very impressed with the shops, food places, and even security ... parking next door was not an issue either, with a short "safe" walk back at night ... The free breakfast was also very good for free nowadays ... Everyone seems to love it ... Will be staying here everytime we come down to visit family and friends!!!

Loved the View, Not the Microwave Hunt

We stayed here while taking our kid to their first concert for their 13th birthday. The location was perfect—right between Berkeley for the concert and San Francisco for the next day’s adventure. The room was comfortable with an incredible view. Huge shoutout to the morning buffet kitchen staff—everyone was so polite and friendly. That said, the message about not bringing plates to your room is way too long; a simpler, clearer version would be better. Check-in wasn’t great. The woman who helped us didn’t seem friendly and came off more focused on impressing coworkers than welcoming guests. On the other hand, the woman at check-out was so kind and helpful! A couple small disappointments: no lotion or makeup remover wipes in the room (of course, the one time I forgot mine), and no microwave in-room, which made reheating leftovers a bit of a hassle since you have to go down to the lobby. Despite those things, overall it was a great hotel with a warm atmosphere and mostly lovely staff. Would definitely stay again!

Such a great area and hotel to stay at! We were able to get a room with 3 beds which was great as it fit our needs perfectly. Staff was pretty nice for the most part, and was able to provide anything we needed for our stay. Complimentary breakfast was amazing, and had a good amount of options. There are many places to walk nearby, and has a great view of San Francisco bridge. 10/10 would stay again, you can’t beat it!

Check-in staff were friendly and efficient. Our request for adjacent rooms was addressed without question. The rooms were large and clean. Although the car park was small, free parking was also available in the neighbouring shopping mall car park which well lit and a short walk from the reception area. Breakfast was plentiful and always restocked with fresh fruits, cereals, cakes, porridge, breads for toasting, juices, scrambled egg, bacon, potatoes, waffles, french toast and tea/coffee making. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its quiet well served area and access to the freeways.

Overall awesome but want my deposit back

Everything was amazing other then we have not recieved our deposit back from our stay and its been almost a week. I called to talk to someone and the front desk stated they have no managers on duty on the weekends. Im really upset because it was $200 and we made sure to leave the room extremely clean.
