Great stay

Nice clean place. Felt safe compared to other areas of Oakland we’ve stayed. Staff was kind. Loved overlooking the old harbor and seeing and hearing the planes take off and land. Walls are paper thin, bring earplugs.

TWO HUGE PROBLEMS: 1. Upon arrival, not knowing beforehand, i was required to pay an $18 per night parking fee. 2. A guest brought their adult pitt bull and wallked it through the hallways. I had most of my children with me. I complained and they said they only allow service dogs and they were unaware of this. Other than that the hotel was fine
