My check-in was horrible. Took 45 minutes. They put me in a room that was already occupied. Took the occupied party and me and two staff members 45 minutes to figure it out. Sent me to the fifth floor three times with keys that didn’t work. Finally got to my room after listening to the staff argue About whose fault it was. If I was the manager, I would be embarrassed!
