The room smelled strongly of marijuana; the odor was unbearable. The moment I entered, I went back to the lobby and checked out because I couldn't stay in that room under those conditions. I have an epileptic son, and he can't tolerate those smells. I requested a refund that same day, but the lobby staff treated me very poorly and told me that the manager handles such matters. Apparently, the manager is never at the hotel because I haven't been able to speak with him, much less get my refund. They charged me for nine nights of accommodation, and I didn't even stay one night because of the condition of the room.
