For larger groups, a separate studio with 1 bedroom (Queen bed) and a bathroom can accommodate 2 more guests.
The Studio is an optional extra for groups of 3-6 for an extra $250 per stay, or included for groups of 7-8.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* All linen provided except beach towels
* House is elevated, must climb stairs to enter. Please supervise small children & elderly at all times.
* The Master bedroom and twin single bedroom does not have blinds on the windows. Please bring eye masks for sleeping if you need a dark room.
* Mobile reception is not strong at this property. Telstra network works best in regional areas and reception is weather dependent. You may not get reception at this property if you use Optus & Vodafone networks.
Wi-Fi based call/message apps can be used to send a text or make a call instead.
* Aircon is only in the living area, there are pedestal fans & oil heaters for the bedrooms.
Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.

* Making of outside fires is strictly prohibited due to Denmark Shire fire safety regulations.
