First the good. The location and view from the unit was great. Mike, the property manger was fantastic and come to the unit in under an hour to help fix a problem with the the TV.The not so good. The A/C in the unit was broken so portable units had to be brought in. I found out that the unit has been broken since june, and I think that's something that should have been disclosed to me before renting. The reason being is the portable unit had to be vented out of the windows and it prevented the blinds from coming all the way down. So the 3 guests that were sleeping in the second bedroom had no privacy because the blind couldn't come all the way down. And people walking outside in the hallway, could look right into the room.There were sliding doors from both the living room and master bedroom that I walked out onto the enclosed balcony. I specifically asked if there were a blind or curtain that could be closed from the inside of the master bedroom for privacy, in case other guests were sitting out on the the balcony, and I was told yes, there would be. When I arrived, there was no blinds. There was no curtain. There was no way to block off people sitting on the balcony seeing into the master bedroom. Again, that was something that I specifically asked about. And was told that there would be, and there wasn't.
