The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very nice. Parking was great. My only complaint was the beds. They desperately need to replace the beds. They were springy and saggy, even the box spring was saggy.

We reserved a queen suite it was room 210 for 4 nights. The first night we had a mouse running around our room. Called the front desk , they were very quick and very nice and moved us to another room ( 413) around 9 PM. But this was a double room, this room was not very nice, and not what we paid for. My 7 year old was terrified the whole time and kept looking for mice in our room, which made the trip less than pleasant, then the double beds were so small - me and my son ended up on one because he wouldn’t sleep alone after the mouse, and my Boyfriend slept on the other bed. The couch was able to convert to a bed but the mattress was sank in towards the middle and could feel all the springs. None of the dishes in the room were washed, I had to scrub the plates and the pans before we could use them. we had no coffee cups, no forks, no dish drain like the first room to dry dishes. There was still sand from the previous person who stayed there all over the ground. For the inconvenience we were told the room we were moving to was a better room and so that was our “comp”. That was not a comp at all. The location was close to the beach- but the best part of the trip was being out of the hotel and at the beach so that’s a plus.

We only stayed two nights! The first night the people beside us got in at midnight waking us all. They allowed their child to run wild. Other than that I liked the place. Very very spacious!

The bathroom was rusted and dirty. The tub was pilling and my son cut the bottom of his foot. The paint was pilling from ceiling and there was painters tape on the bedroom walls. They gave us hand towels for washcloths.

The coffee is good and the bed is good but the pillows are uncomfortable. The area really nice and the beach near of the place.
