Anika at the front desk was great. Very friendly after a long drive. Righton the Boardwalk which was fun. Room spacious, had a shower, not a tub which we appreciated and the partial ocean view from the balcony (with nice chairs) was good. There was one hair on the pillow that was not ours! Parking was a nuisance. They need to have a little map where is overflow parking - "make a u-turn at the next corner then go up the block and make a right at the flashing red light then left into the parking lot" Didn't make sense until we walked outside and up the block to see it.

Very bad experience hotel smell very bad and room smell very bad horrible staff rude unacceptable service we checked in at 4pm while we were sleeping fire alarm went on evacuated the building from 5th floor stood on street in cold for 3 hours no staff member showed up to explain what going on luckily grabbed our car and set in a car after 3 hours on the street. Manager jinky told us we can stay in the same room with no heat no ac full of hazard room. Another staff told us to leave 5 times climbed 5 floor to get our luggage’s from one building to other building no breakfast them 11 o clock gave us other room at noon manager jinky promise us full refund She didn’t show up next day. we paid lot a money for ocean view we drove 14 hours from Chicago for this vacation we deserve full refund we have been royal customer to Expedia.next day check out manager Francis Wolfe was very rude.didn’t give us full refund

Very nice place, really clean & staff were great. Parking was not the easiest, only could use the overflow lot across the street. We would definitely stay there again.

The room itself was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower was the perfect height for those 6ft and up. The only downside of the room was the lack of a microwave when there’s a mini fridge available. The hotel’s complimentary breakfast provided variety and included options for those with limited dietary needs. The downside is the advertised heated indoor pool “that stays at 80 degrees”. There’s doors that can be opened leading to the outdoor pool and they were left open during a very windy/rainy day so the indoor pool was very cold despite what was advertised.

Extremely cleaned and sanitized room for us.

Stay was amazing. We have allergies for pets and they completely sanitized the room to the point that it was spotless!! Beautiful view on the beach side as well. Would definitely stay again!
