This property is located just over the Delaware line in a quiet and peaceful pocket of North Ocean City. The house was built in 2018, everything is brand new. Located just a couple blocks from the beach the property has a modern, state of the art design with hardwood floors throughout, consisting of 3 bedrooms on the first floor and a large loft on the second floor. The house sleeps approximately 10-12 perfect for family/friend gatherings. Enjoy the park with a playground, Pickleball and Tennis courts right on your street! No senior week, no parties. Linens and towels are not provided but can be for additional cost.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Ocean City Beach. Features include laundry facilities. The holiday home includes amenities such as 2 bathrooms and a washing machine.
