My sister had a roach in her room…. The blankets were old & washed very outdated… my family & I purchased new comforter & pillows from Walmart… the carpet was outdated & very grimy… the bottom of my socks were very dirty, I had to wear booties over my socks during my entire stay… the staff were polite & they addressed the issue of jumping & thumping noises over my head expeditiously. Definitely too pricey for the condition of the rooms.

Horrible. Don’t stay here!!

The staff was very rude. The room smelled like mold. They were not willing to do anything except switch rooms. The WiFi doesn’t work, tv is tiny, the beds are small barely bigger than a twin. Only staff that was helpful were the maids.

Mattress was completely worn out. Bedding was not the proper size. Overcharged my bank card and refund didn't come through till I got home. Definitely needs upgrading. The only good thing was close to beach.

Nice stay with an okay room

There hotel was okay. They do have free coffee all day which is great, the location is nice, but the room had a bad smell to it. We were only there two nights, if we were there longer I would have requested another room. I’m sure the would have obliged because they were nice in the office.

I have stayed here when the west building the Tower building and then I stayed oceanfront this time. I liked all the other visits that I’ve had there the other rooms in the west building and the tower building. They’re a little bit outdated a little musky, but still clean and the stay is nice, but stayed ocean view This time and their rooms were awesome not musky very reasonably priced

The room had a smell. Usually when I stay at hotels, I smell bleach and clean when I go into the room. This room smelled like BO, and mold. The shower curtain, the air conditioner the carpet, all had mold on it. We did end up leaving a night early due to these conditions. I just felt better sleeping in my own home where we could breathe better. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and don’t remember these conditions. I could hear pounding upstairs well after midnight. Loud pounding (possible jumping, running, kids playing), not your normal everyday sounds of the night. I adore OC, but this fell short.

Staff were friendly and took care of issues promptly. Sink was clogged upon arrival and the staff were quick to resolve the issue. The room could be updated since it was showing it's age. The wall air conditioning unit worked, but there were gaps to the outside.
