Loved the location on the beach. Most employees were pleasant and helpful. It's basically a 2-star motel so expectations were low. But the room was SO DAMP. Very hard to sleep in a damp bed. The musty smell wasn't too bad considering how damp the room was. Also having to walk over to the sister property where the office is located was very inconvenient (like to tell them the toilet didn't flush when we first got into the room.) The office was busy so no one answered the phone.

Place was quaint and clean. Staff were beyond awesome, friendly and helpful. Few updates and small repairs in rooms I think would help Shower head sucked. Barely any pressure. Neighbors in building said theirs was great so prob just bad head Def staying there again next year. Pool was great and very clean.

Everything was great except for the mildew smell. I took care of that with Lysol, oh and no hangers. Other than that. Great stay!

Room smelled very musty. Great location, grills & picnic tables onsite, quiet area but rooms could use an upgrade. Toss the carpet and replace with vinyl flooring and fix plumbing (toilets don’t flush properly) and this would be a really great motel.

This motel was nicer than others I have stayed at! Clean bathrooms, spacious room, nice staff, the AC kept the room cool the entire time, and even though we did not have an ocean front room, we could see the water from our window! The walk to the beach was fantastic and so convenient too! The complaints that I have - check in was 3, but we didn’t get to check in until after 3:30 (normally wouldn’t complain about this but we had to wait in the parking lot while it felt like 100°), the curtains did not cover the whole window so the BRIGHT hallway light outside shined through the bottom of the window the entire night, there was no cover on the light switch which may be concerning for parents with children, and the people downstairs kept smoking weed outside which made the walk down the stairs and off of the property nauseating (I’m not sure if smoking is prohibited or not, but this was brutal.) The curtains were the most annoying, but after we shoved some towels where the light shined through we were fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and for the price we paid would stay again.

It was a smooth process! If you’ve ever stayed at a hotel just walk in with your ID and card for deposit in hand, and you will be handed your key within minutes! They have designated parking right there. For the price compared to others, it’s good. Parking is right there. We didn’t have trouble finding a spot, but I could see it being an issue during the summer holidays. You can’t beat having a pool, and being steps away from the boardwalk! My overall experience, from customer service, to the conveniency, and price… My family and I will be back! Quick note, the customer service was great!

It was decent. Average Ocean City stay. Room only came with two towels and no extra toilet paper. Staff/ laundry person seemed offended when i asked for extra towels and blankets. Check in was difficult to find. Three building have the same check in area so it took me a little to find where to check in at. On the plus side we didn’t see any signs of bed or other nasty bugs

Horrible 4 day stay!

Hotel is outdated, toilet did not flush, tv in the room did not work the first night. We were told they'd be back to fix it and never came back. They did not clean the room our 4 day stay or replenish towels- we had to go ask for them. Rooms looks NOTHING like the pictures on the site. Only good thing is the location and how close it is to the beach.

I liked the ocean view. It was nothing like the picture, it was old and run down. I'm disappointed in the condition of the room, you could barely see out the windows, the porch is falling apart.

Check in instructions were not good as you had to visit the motel next door. The room was dated and not clean. The A/C didn’t work great and room was very damp. Everything seemed wet and not dry the entire stay. The pictures online didn’t not match the rooms and you get what you pay for. No one cleaned the rooms and had to search for toilet paper and towels. One room had no trash can. Pool area and walkways to rooms were dirty. Description of location on boardwalk didn’t match as we were at the end and not close to restaurants. I will pay more to stay at a chain hotel for a better experience.
