I am very disappointed I had high expectations for this hotel thinking I was gonna come in and get free parking per room per car as it says in there website and the internet , the lady at the front desk was really rude and told me I had to pay unexpected taxes which she told me in the rudest way! Because I was so confused, the rooms were dirty with filth on the walls I’m so disappointed

This is place is horrible. We did not see any rodents but we did see mice poo on both beds, sheets had stains on them, floors were grimy. This place just totally creeped me out. Bedrooms are way too small… but the workers in the office were very friendly and good on service. Pool staff member was okay.

Family beach trip.

The hotel was everything we needed. Budget friendly with a friendly accommodating staff. It was an older hotel but the location was very convenient to the boardwalk.

The floor was dirty from the previous stay and the water wasn’t hot for showers and some of the staff were rude and hateful. To pay the price I did it could have been a lot better and I would never recommend staying there ever again

The ac work properly beds very comfortable but the room I tjough it was 350sqf. It was possibly 200. Too small for "the efficiency size on the booking plattform". What I can say it had good updated tall long with a mirrow simple hutch with drawers to easy organize your own belongings to eat. The efficiency is too small it is really a room with a portable two burner. Other than that is ok. Really easy access to the boardwalk and the beach for a walk early morning or relax in the pm

we loved how convenient and affordable the hotel was. One thing that we didn’t really like was the cleaning lady never took our bath towels and gave us new ones everyday so we had a huge pile on our floor. Other than that LOVED it here. i recommend !

June 2025 - Newly renovated. Place was solid. If you have small children make sure you look up how to do the foil water spray window blackout trick. It gets extremely bright even at night.

Location is good, close to beach. Pool is nice but very small. Rooms AC very old, did not cool the room good. Single rooms in front of pool are very small. Bed is confortable. Owners of the Motel always hanging around facility, feels like you are being watched. Front desk people are nice. Specially Tina the manager.

Clean,comfortable bed an to top if off, they offered donuts to the guest every morning, which is not stated on their website. It’s just something they do out of the kindness of their heart then we was at the pool and one of the associates from the hotel. We’re giving out Freezy pops to everyone.

The room was updated and perfect for the few nights we stayed. This is one of the only motels that has been updated, but still has the OC motel feel. Staff were extremely nice. Choosing to stay downtown OC it is loud outside and if you have people above you you will hear them walking around. Pool was a place to cool off. Very close to boardwalk.
