Charming and newly renovated house located in the heart of Ocean Park. One block away from the local general store and only 5 blocks away from the beach! Relaxation awaits with the 5 person jetted hot tub in the fully fenced backyard. Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen with an amazing selection of spices to go along with it. Sneak away down to the den and kick your feet up for a movie night on the projector screen. You’re sure to feel at the movie theater with a full popcorn bar setup and an awesome sound-bar overhead. We love our furry friends and we would love for you to bring yours along with you, too! Looking to sight-see? Visit the beautiful and historic downtown Oysterville that’s just a 10 minutes drive North, or drive 15 minutes to visit Ledbetter State Park for a tranquil walk through nature. Looking to visit Long Beach? It’s a max 15 minutes drive to downtown and about 20 mins to Cape Disappointment State Park. Walking distance food options include Tu-Tu’s Lunch Wagon, Mycovios, Anita’s Coastal Cafe, Colleen’s Coffee House & Tapestry Rose Yarn Shop, and Doc’s Tavern.
The Space: 
When you walk in the house you are greeted with a fully stocked open concept kitchen and a living room that is comforted with a leather couch and a couple chairs for extra seating. The kitchen has two barstool chairs for the island as well as a 2-3 person dining table around the corner. Straight ahead down the hallway on the right hand side is the main bedroom with a queen bed, a dresser, a flat screen TV, and two robes for you to enjoy. Across the hall is the bathroom where we provide the towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. At the end of the hallway is the door that leads to the backyard. Once outside, to the left will be the jetted hot tub. It is a fully fenced yard so you can be at ease knowing that your furry friends can be off leash while you relax. There is a fire pit with 4 chairs available in the backyard. If firewood is not stocked in the shed, Jack's Country store should have wood for sale. In the main living areas, you will find the stairs leading you to the loft. The loft is accompanied by one double bed, one twin bed, a 36” TV, and a big box of toys for those who have little ones! Down below the loft is the den with a small movie theater, two comfy bean bags and a yummy popcorn bar! Attached to the den there is a separate room for the laundry room with one washer and one dryer, free of charge. We provide unscented hypoallergenic laundry detergent, fabric softeners, and a steamer for your clothes for those who need it.
Important information regarding property: 
-Although there is gravel in the backyard, we ask that you please do not park your car back there since you will be parked over the drain field. 
-In the section where guests park their car (on the gravel located in front of the house) is where the city’s water shut off valve is located. Although it is off to the side, we ask that you are mindful to not park on top of this.
