The private beach area was dirty and we we spent our first day cleaning itvand the porch area outside of our unit. The table has a brojen leg, the grill assigned to our unit didn't work. We were given two towels for two people for seven days..Not a value worrh using again.

Perfect spot for a last minute booking

Perfect Beach Getaway for 2!

Cozy studio, with enough space for two people. Nicely remodeled. Everything works properly, was clean and new, and felt fresh. The views and backyard sand made the lack of a beach much more bearable than if we had to walk a mile just to feel the sand.

Sunset beach

This is such a perfect place. AC worked great kitchen was cute and tidy. Bed was comfy. The outdoor area was perfect. We had our own sandy beach. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was the pillows were brand new and were not broken in yet. But I hope to Return one day. Thank you so much

We had a lovely time. The sound of the ocean can be heard all day and night as the beach is just a few feet away. I just wish they had told us the beach access had collapsed and was blocked off and not at all accessible due to severe rock and cement destruction from erosion and storms. You will have to walk down the street a few blocks to access the beach. Otherwise, if you don't mind not having direct access to the beach, it's perfect for you. May pose a problem for little dogs and small children if you are not constantly watching them near the fenced off area as it has gaps near the bottom of the fences making it possible for small dogs and children to fall into.

Listing Not Accurate

There was horrible storm damage and caution tape blocking the beach view, which was the only reason we picked this unit. The pictures online do not show this and it is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The concrete is broken and it is dangerous. They should fix this before renting out the unit anymore. For the cost of this unit I was extremely disappointed.

Enjoyed Our Stay

When we arrived there were a few issues. The owners were down to fix right away. The communication was quick and professional. They were friendly and compassionate when I needed help with a few things. We stayed four nights and the owners changed a few things to make our stay more comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and so were the kitchen chairs. The unit#3 we stayed in is a studio. There is a dresser, table and chairs with a nice bed. The window looks right out to the ocean. Waves crashing all night and day. We saw dolphins and seals. The last storm brought in destruction near the waters edge that the owners are fixing. However I could still see the ocean sunsets and waves perfectly. We brought our dog. Other tenants had their dogs and did not pick up after them while we were there. PLEASE pick up after your dog so we do not loose the privilege. I would definitely stay again. My husband, dog and I had a wonderful time. Thank you!!!

Storm Damage

Nice and clean, but due to storm damage there is no access to the beach and the outdoor lighting at the yard does not work. There are no indoor comfortable chairs, the kitchen is cute but unbelievably small.

This property has a ton of potential. It was recently remodeled. Unfortunately, whoever did the remodel was an amateur. Kind of like putting makeup on a pig. 1st time I ever had a bed with no nightstands. Hardly any usable outlets as they were being used by the room equipment. kitchen was extremely small but worked. Bathroom was overly big. I would remove the cleaning supplies from the hallway area and put a closet in the bathroom for them. Definitely could use a true remodel to include knocking down the walls around the kitchen. The view is what you are paying for. Was a bit disappointed as there was caution tape by the sea wall due to some damage, understand why it was needed. The cabana is in need of serious updating. Loved the outdoor accessibility to include fire pits, tables and loungers. Our door hinges were rusted so bad the door wouldn't shut but they had them replaced in minutes. Kudos to the maintenance. Not a bad place and was cheaper, could easily demand double price with the changes and someone who knows how to remodel right.
