I've had the minor issue at the beggining, but host was very responsive and it was resolved to my satisfaction in a timely manner. The property location is perfect. But here is desclamer: I evaluate it based on my priorities and teaste. Beach "right at you door". You walk outside, turn right - here is the ocean. There is no public parking near by. So, it makes this beach almost private - just for condo complex and neighbourhood houses. Ocean view from the balcony exactly like pictured. Do not expect to see waves (unless they huge), but you see the ocean and perfect sunset from your balcony. With that said: here what was not to my likening: the smell. Not, it was not horrible. But if you think about it - property windows overlooking sunset, it means it never gets sun inside of a condo. So, it's kinda this old/wet type of smell that I specifically sensetive to. My daughter was not bothered by it. So, it's really might be personal sensetivity to smell. Did I regret this booking? - no. Will I stay in the same condo next time? - no. Will I stay in the same complex - absolutely! (but in a room that sees the sun).
