Nice property for a last minute stay. The room doors lock didn’t work and they couldn’t switch our rooms or give a discount due to late check in. Will say it was a great stay but will not be first choice for a next time stay.

I got to the hotel super late. Check-in was quick and easy. Unfortunately as soon as we open the door to the room we were hit with the overwhelming smell of wet dog and urine. This is a pet friendly hotel, it may help that rooms designated for pets and non pet rooms. Overall the room and shower. Pretty clean. Fortunately we were only staying for one night and it was already extremely late so we toughed it out but wouldn't book the hotel again

Horrible. Terrible. Reservation was cancelled literally as we stepped into the premises under controversial circumstances. Top to bottom, the entire staff is incompetent. And guess what, my credit card was still processed and charged….and Expedia sent me this survey that I’m filling out. FRAUD alert, amongst other things!
