Staff at Check in was not very friendly. Another person who worked there and didn’t help us actually welcomed us rather than the person helping us. We just didn’t feel as if she was very welcoming when we checked in.

The property is within easy walking distance of downtown Ogunquit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff was outstanding, and breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

The room was perfect, clean and bright. The hotel was perfectly located, walkable to restaurants and shops in town and to the beach. The front desk staff were ever so helpful with our questions( first time visitors to Ogunquit). The restaurant was delightful , staff here, too were great, as was the food. I would book here again if I were to visit again.

The hotel is very nice are the rooms were very clean. I am not sure what brand the sheets are but, if I did, I would buy some. The check in was very easy and the room was ready quite early. The front desk staff was fine however, I asked if someone was available to skim the pool because it was full of dead bugs and debris, the person that was sent out was SO angry. He did a mediocre job at best. They offered a complementary glass of prosecco which was a nice touch. The bartender was very friendly!

Very nice and clean. Walking distance to just about everything. A lounge/bar at the hotel would have been nice. And our room was separate from the main hotel with the pool. We would have to go outside to reach it. Overall, a great place.
