This inn is overlooking the main Ogunquit River and beach and is in the heart of the center of town, with restaurants and ice cream shops literally around the corner! It was a great spot for me and my 6yo son! Rooms are clean, no frills and not updated, but it was perfect for what we needed.

Awesome location. The room was spacious, but there were pieces of muffin on the carpeting and baseboard. We’ll be back. The rest of the room was dated, but comfortable.

I booked this place last year for my husbands birthday and we just loved it so had to come back this year. The location is the absolute best with a walk right to the beach and some yummy restaurants. Front desk staff are super nice! We will be back!

This was just a wonderful place to stay….we could only stay for 2 days but could have stayed for many more …thanks for a wonderful 2 day of sunshine and the ocean view…

A beautiful hotel. Beds were so comfortable, location was excellent, walkable to everything. Such a pretty setting overlooking the ocean. I will be back.

Very convenient spot with a nice view of the river and beach looking out to the ocean- breakfast tables look out on this. Staff was friendly and room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Great water pressure- be careful as the hot water gets very hot in a hurry.
