My husband & I stayed 2 nights over Easter weekend. We enjoyed our stay. The room is a good size with a comfy bed. The bathroom is big but the shower is very small maybe 2'x2'. Shaving was challenging! We had 2 motorcycles & had to park across the street in partial gravel/grass. Had to use kickstand plates. There was always a car parked in front of our unit. Best parts of this rental was that it was very clean, and it's literally one house away from Twisted Spoke restaurant& bar with great drinks & food. The hot tub is on the front porch out in the open, but we didnt mind. We used it once and it was very nice!As others have said, there is a rental above, and the noise was unbearable at times. I think there was a peg-legged pirate on redbulls above us the one night. It has a nice microwave, regular coffee pot & Keurig combo with coffee grounds & filters in the drawer, nice toaster and a very small mini fridge (freezer only big enough for the 1 small ice cube tray in it.) The only sink is in the bathroom but that was fine. There were plates, cups, silverware and a few other items in the drawers. The fireplace & window AC both worked great, and there is a ceiling & a pedestal fan (loved having all of those!). There are no closets or drawers for clothes. Nothing. We didnt have suitcases so we had clothes on the ottoman and kinda anywhere we could put them. We'd stay again though! Short walk to the main falls and The General Store for supplies.

The room was cozy and exactly as advertised. Check-in was 3:00, we arrived at 3:26 and our room was not finished being cleaned. I had reached out earlier with questions about the hot tub, was told it would be ready upon our arrival. It wasn't. Last thing she did was dump chemicals as we were talking, so we were leary about that, and also had to wait for the floors to dry. Considering our stay was less than 24 hours, I expected it to be ready when we got there. She was pleasant and apologetic but money and time are two things I don't have to waste.

The Finley Room in Ohiopyle was a cozy & romantic studio for a weekend getaway. It is walkable to everything in town including coffee, bars, restaurants, bike/raft rentals, the waterfall & museum as well as the rail trail. You really couldn’t get a better location. Andrea, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond when I left something at the room and helped to arrange it to be shipped back to me, something she absolutely did not have to do, but did so because she is a kind and gracious host. It rained too much for us to enjoy the fire pits, but it would have been fun. The hot tub on the deck is a fun touch. It is not private, as it sits on the front porch facing the street, but it was still nice, especially at night.

Perfect location, good amenities

This unit is in the perfect location in Ohiopyle - walking distance to anything you’d need. It was thoroughly cleaned and there were plenty of towels, utensils, paper towels, etc available for use. Despite it being a very busy weekend, parking was still available for us prior to check in. I will note that if there is someone staying in the adjacent unit you will hear them—even just normal walking around. This was in no way a downside, just something to keep in mind. Communication with property management was swift and friendly. I would definitely recommend this space!!

Unwind in Ohiopyle

We had a fun and relaxing time in Ohiopyle. The Finley was perfect; a short walk to the Falls and shops/restaurants. Fallingwater a quick drive away. Highly recommend!
