自動チェックイン、自動チェックアウトは理解できるが、フロントの席におられる方があまりにも素っ気ない感じがした。また私の後から来た人はフロントがチェックインしてくれて、待ち行列を生まないことは理解できるものの、不公平感を抱いた。
