This hotel was absolutely filthy. Seemed as if the room hadn't been cleaned. There was mold and hair all over the shower.

夕方にチェックインしたのですが若い男性のフロントサービスの方の対応が全くなっていません。大浴場に行く時の鍵の受け渡しからなっていません。私も普段サービス業をしているので特にそう感じたのかも知れませんがいくら忙しいからとは言えあれではホテルの信用も無くなります。安いホテルやから仕方ないとは言えダメです。無料とは言え夕食朝食のメニューも何か病院食みたいで食べれませんでした。改善して欲しい所だらけです。また今度利用しようとは思いません。いつから利用者がなくなると思いますよ。

喫煙、禁煙を指定していなかったが喫煙の部屋になっていた。自分はタバコを吸わないので別に構わないかと思って部屋に入ったが部屋がタバコ臭くてたまらなかった。あんなタバコ臭い部屋は初めてでした。

到着が遅くなりましたが駐車場の案内も含めてご親切に対応していただきました。朝食のバイキングも種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 ただ、お部屋の配置？が独特でエレベーターを間違えロビーまで迷いました。
