This place is far from everything and has a terrible excuse for a beach. Your view out is of an oil refinery. It's basically a pile of mud and no where to swim but a small pool. The staff is very unkind. They have a 10 am check out time which is harsh enough when you are on vacation. I had something happen and so I had to use the bathroom repeatedly at check out time. They charged us a significant amount to extra for checking out 30 minutes late. The only thing I can say is the rooms were basic but clean.

The hotel itself is in great condition. The people who worked there were great. The rental was huge, with a ton of space, incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, great bathroom, great overall. However, we did not know how close the property is to a water treatment plant and the first day we got there, we went for a walk on the beach and it just smelled like strong sewage. Maybe because it had just rained? But we couldn’t unsmell it in our minds, so we didn’t want to swim there, which was disappointing since we were basically at the beach. There also wasn’t a food truck there at all, you had to order food at the front desk. There wasn’t really a vibe there that we expected from the listing. We just did not like the location and would have chosen a different spot if we had known about the beach, especially since it was not cheap to stay there. But the place itself was great!

There weren’t enough people staying at this hidden gem. Very nice inside, great view overlooking the ocean, very secure locks, love the lock and key mechanism, ample parking, very polite staff. Room 201 had a small kitchen, large shower, large closet, balcony, easy access to the side exit. If you’re checking in after 9pm, contact or email them so they can give you the codes to get into the hotel, and to get the key to your room. Pool was amazing! Shallow the whole way, but what a great view! Short walk to a Lawson, 24hrs. You should definitely consider staying here! I will when I return.

Great hotel and very clean. Not a lot of english speaking staff but the translator app worked well. The location is close to many things and not a lot of traffic in the area. Highly recommended. My only issue is the second floor view is blocked by the trees in the back. Its a little misleading in the pictures on Expedia.

We loved our quiet stay at Hideout Okinawa Uruma. We thought "Hideout" is a perfect name for this hotel with the experience we had. Our room was comfortable, *exceptionally clean* & felt very private. We found the staff members to be courteous & efficient. Parking & amenties were convenient and exactly as advertised. We so enjoyed the sunrises, sounds of gentle waves & beautiful water view. It was nice to walk down to the seaside. We were very satisfied with the simplicity of staying here and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you very much for a relaxing vacation stay!!

We were visiting our son who is stationed at Camp Courtney. The location was perfect - a couple of miles away. The view from our balcony was amazing. The apartment was pristine - spotless and like new. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

不注意で陶器製のティッシュBOXを壊してしまったが、破損よりも怪我のことを先に心配してくれたあたり、ホスピタリティ溢れる対応だと感心しました。 また今度、うるま市周辺に滞在することがあれば、また利用したいと思える施設でした。
