They do not accept tax exempt

The room was pretty clean, but the shower was not. The outside definitely needs to be updated. We tried to use our tax exempt card, but the story why I could not use it was absolutely ridiculous! Still waiting for a manager to contact me.

The couch was a padded bench. No views, noisy , rude desk clerk. The hotel does nit mention a charge at checkin. I booked for my daughter and had to drive over and pay the deposit before she could check in.

I could tell the room has been updated recently. However, the A/C unit was very LOUD. I don't think it had been updated. It was LOUD and annoying. Also, the TV in the room did not work. I got it to turn on but could not get another screen to show. Overall, fair place to stay. It just needs more updating.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This was an awful experience. A number had worn off my credit card and the front desk had there card reader not working and i was told I couldn't stay there because they couldn't read the numbers and was also told even if there card reader was working they wouldn't let me stay there because they couldn't verify the numbers matched. This is a complete joke. The name matches my drivers license and it is not my fault they have faulty equipment. Soooo now i get no refund and just out the money for awful service

They wanted to charge an extra $100 for some kind of deposit and another $100 for a different charge of some kind. I thought the payment I had already given was supposed to cover anything. I walked out. I was not going to pay these extra charges. I never stayed there even one night.`1
