It’s okay but the rates are high for what you get. Coming here for 5 years and the place has had not been upgraded. But oliver BC is not a hot bed for tourism so it’d likely then best you can get.

Front desk services are not good as Vancouver for sure. Not good with responding from complaints of broken facilities. Phone was not working the whole time, had to call with my cell phone. Asked me if I want to switch rooms. Same type. No help from house keeping or anyone, Didn’t want to pack everything and unpack again, Just rudeness of their cultural attitude made the whole stay off.

Shower drain was very slow, fridge was not working properly, phone was not working, poor customer service at the end. Asked for a better rate after staying 5 nights and all the hassles from above, they wanted to give me $25 credit, I said no thx, they credit $40. But overall, front desk staffs are not very friendly including the manager. The tone was more suitable for argument not for attentive service on all those complaints. Front desk lady didn’t even bother saying good morning as well.
