Shower drain was very slow, fridge was not working properly, phone was not working, poor customer service at the end.
Asked for a better rate after staying 5 nights and all the hassles from above, they wanted to give me $25 credit, I said no thx, they credit $40.
But overall, front desk staffs are not very friendly including the manager.
The tone was more suitable for argument not for attentive service on all those complaints.
Front desk lady didn’t even bother saying good morning as well.
