Clean room, lots to do, and friendly staff. The one front desk clerk was bouncing a ball on the desk and not looking at us when we asked a question but everyone else - rest of front desk, housekeeping, janitors - were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. The only downside was no room service, but we were able to order take out from a restaurant and bring back to the room anyways. Pool is really nice and was perfecr for a hot day. Would definitely stay here again.

The food service at Starlight lounge was very slow and the quality was not that great. They should really tell you that IF or when you pick two sides (as pointed out on the menu) that there is an extra fee. My hubby and I got steaks that comes with two sides and got charged $4 more each for the mac & cheese side. The bathroom had a crusty washcloth left at the top of the shower door. As we were getting our stuff together to check out we did find a bed bug on our bed. We checked around both beds and did not find any other than the one. I put it in a cup and let the front desk know as we were checking out about it. We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I've had to write a negative review. I really hope they improve since they are making a bunch of renovations.
