The bathroom in my first room was dirty so they switched rooms for me. The second room had a giant wet spot in front of the closet and the bed was dirty so they switched rooms for me again. The 3rd room was fine.
They are remodeling, limited staff , stop work order from city on front of building, no cable or smart tv working. Construction that is being done is dangerous to customers
The outside looks like a bomb went off there hasn't been a landscaper there in a very long time and there's construction debris all over. The entry is nice and the rooms are nice but some do not have coffee makers and some do not have refrigerators. The only operational elevator is stripped down for some sort of construction work. I would stay here after the renovations are complete but too much of a hassle for a guy in a wheelchair
I had two reservations I stayed with them for two nights checked out for one then came back for four when I returned for the second day I arrived at 8 PM and they did not have a clean room for me. I had to go to the next town to find a room. They are also under construction And everything is chaos.
There was construction going on during my stay so there was a lot of dust and construction materials everywhere. I understand that remodeling needs to be done, but what made it worse was the garbage cans outside the lobby were overflowing with garbage, and the ice machine on my floor was covered with dust and wasn't working. At least make an effort to keep the place clean!
They were doing a large re-model so there were several areas with debris and issues, but placing that aside, very nice staff, the included breakfast was great, the room was newly finished.
Our room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable, but the room was missing some amenities that seem standard in other hotels such as a microwave and coffee maker, and the fridge was very small.
The breakfast was great! Lots of options and they had bacon! The pool area was ok but could definitely benefit from a renovation.
The hotel currently is under renovation and converting to Fairfield by Marriott. Although the room I got is new, but during my stay, the handle to the shower door came off the 2nd night. I called the front and they said the maintenance crew was gone and they promised it will be fixed the next day. Unfortunately it still didnât get done by the next day. I think one will be better off to wait until the all renovations are done before coming to this hotel to stay
Upon arrival at 945 at night we had difficulty even finding the hotel because during renovation work, an underground power line had been cut which shut off power to all outside lighting. Only 1 elevator worked and only 1 ice machine out of 4 was working. We had to go down 2 floors for ice.
Despite a 3 night stay, maid service not once emptied our trash, gave us clean towels or more toilet paper.
On our 3rd morning there, the breakfast bar ran out of bacon/sausage at 830 am with 90 minutes to go in their breakfast service. My wife and daughter who have dietary restrictions were basically unable to have breakfast.
The hotel texted me a couple hours before arriving and said if we had any questions or concerns to text them. I did but they did not answer the text. Thankfully the issue was resolved at the front desk when we arrived but if they had answered the text, it could have relieved some stress.
One of my photos shows the smoke alarm in our room covered by a plastic bag. We wouldn't have been alerted to a fire. Is this even legal?
Pool and hot tub were nice.
Front desk guy first night was helpful and not picky about knowing our car info.
