Room was clean, everything was great except no ice! My original stay was the 15th-19th but i had to extend to the 23rd for work and we only had ice 1 of those days, despite the truck that came day 2 to ether fix or replace. Evening day 2 i was told that it worked but it didn't. Day 3 the very nice lady Lisa, who was phenomenal, had a nah of ice at the counter for us. All the other remaining days, no ice, they had escalated the problem to management again. Breakfast was great, hot eggs and sausage and waffles plus traditional continental. Awesome place except I NEEEED ice. Felt very safe too!

GM would not refund money back after we had a roach crawl on us, we got moved to another room and saw another baby roach. When asked for a credit or even a refund he immediately said no and advised he would call a pest company. After speaking with others in the pool area they too saw roaches. Will not stay here again

The plumbing was horrible, we stayed two different nights (the first night was fine as we thought) and were in 3 different rooms total. The lady who helped us check in the second night was extremely rude and was unhelpful when I reported our plumbing issue. One of the rooms had something yellow all over the floor by the toliet that looked like urine. We went to leave the next morning and spotted a roach! So disgusting.

There was mouse poop on the hide away bed. The fridge had leftovers in it. One of the beds had stains on it.we seen a mouse in the hotel outside of our room door. The room was still pretty dirty from the last people.

The outside of the property made me question my decision to book here but the inside was very nice and clean. The staff seemed nice, I wasn't sure at my check-in but when I came back with my kids she looked at them and smiled which I appreciate. The breakfast was standard for a hotel but the space was actually clean!

This place is not well kept up. The glass mirror in our room was broken. It smells of cleaning product right when you enter the hotel. The breakfast was pretty poor for selection- the scrambled eggs didn’t taste good at all. This would be a place I would not stay at again
