The check in was easy room was great but there happened to be 2 monitors in the hallway by the elevator that were on the hole night with screaming kids and barking dogs so not much sleep when everything is quiet but those things so maybe in the future you could turn them off after 10 that would be great

The service was great. The hot water in the sink ran at a trickle. The hot water in the shower was warm at best. Shower walls and tub had mildew/mold on it and carpet had several stains. Really didn't live up to Hilton standards.

Staff was friendly and it was clean enough. They gave me 2 cookies, one was warmed one was not. I fell asleep watching a show on my laptop. I fell asleep with a cookie in my hand, half eaten in the bag. Ants, crawling everywhere. All over my hands and arms. All over my laptop, and when I lifted my laptop ants were everywhere. I reported it at check out, and gee, they were just so sorry. What is wrong with these people? What is wrong with Hilton? No compensation of any kind.

I asked for a non-smoking king room but was given a queen and to my nose, it reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. The carpeting was shredded everywhere that it met with tile. The outlet in the bathroom was unusable because a mirror fixture was mounted over it leaving no way to plug anything into it. There were two TVs, but only one remote worked. It was room number 347. Other than that, my stay was fine.

Room was neglected. Carpet had wrinkles from being loose large days on the floor. Bathroom was disheveled mirror on wall hanging off light did not work. Had trouble with heat maintenance man came up and said "that's just how it is just leave it run for a while" . Temperature in the pool water was 55°, room temperature was 60 was not able to enjoy amenity, even after speaking with hotel staff nothing could be done about the water temperature or the heat in the swimming area. When I purchased the trip Expedia said it had full buffet we got there everything was a la carte. And it was a disaster nothing was hot when it was delivered to the table we did not get silverware we did not get all of our meal the food was horrendous cold tasteless no butter on the toast had to repeatedly ask for butter jelly silverware. Ordered oatmeal and they poured it in a bowl and poured water over it it was cold when it arrived it was dry when it arrived and it was all around unedible.

TV didn't work in the first room. The desk said they knew there were problems with some TVs but didn't block off those rooms I guess.No coffee in the lobby but the front desk assured me there would be at 630am. It never showed. So she lied. She moved me from the room with the problem TV. I went back and told her I didn't touch any towels or mess up the room and she says"they will have to check it anyway." Not, thanks for letting me know. No apology because I had to move rooms either. She needs customer service training. I had driven 8 hours and this was not a welcoming attitude.
