We always stay at this particular hotel every time we come to Omaha. The staff are friendly. The rooms are always super clean. The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast is probably our favorite. They usually have cooked omelets, bacon or sausage and potatoes and of course hotel waffles. The price was super affordable as well, we stayed New Year's Eve.

We thought it was very nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful -BUT our first room (#206 I think) the refrigerator was NOT working at all!! I called the front desk , they immediately switch our room to next door in room #204. It was barely cooling either. But the staff put our cooler pack in the freezer in the office and we just got ice for the night. We have medications that needed to be kept cool. We managed. I just wanted to let you know the appliances need to repaired or replaced. Thanks!
