We came to town for the Jonas Brothers concert and the hotel was awesome! Beautiful place. Great drinks that were concert themed, even a DJ in the lobby before the show. They were great hosts and made the experience that much more special! The skywalk to the event center was great too!

One of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had especially for a luxury hotel. There was a line 30 feet long and it took an hour to check in. Our rooms air condition wasn’t working, which made for a long night.

Long line due to event but it was a fast check in with multiple attendants at front reception desk. Nick’s was amazing for dinner and the bartenders and servers were incredibly friendly and polite and attentive. Same with valet staff as well!

My only issue was waiting 45 mins to check in. I tried to do the app check in but wouldn’t work. A concert was across the street so they know it would be busy. Priority Hilton line people would keep coming. Suggestions would be for one person to check in priority and the other 2 check in normal line. Jaiden texted and checked in and asked and I told her and she apologized and gave us $25 credit towards food. Which is fine but fixing the problem would be better. Make it so you can check in on App as advertise so no waiting or wasting time.
