We had to pay $15/night for hotel parking, which is stated when booking but there was no parking. Had to park in overflow parking which was located at another hotel. I stayed for 3 nights, but was charged $75. Payment is through an outside company so have to deal with outside company and not actual hotel. breakfast was $15/adult and was a very basic hotel breakfast “buffet”

Was clean, beds were comfy, loved having the froyo place downstairs. My suggestion would be a longer shower curtain. It BARELY reaches below the lip of the tub and was impossible to not spill water out of the tub when showering

The property and room was wonderful Beds were confy. The only problem was the elevator and the hallway on our floor (2nd) smelled strongly of marijuana smoke. Fortunately it didn’t drift into our room.

We had a long travel day. Checked in to the hotel and were given a charge to park at the hotel we had already paid to stay at. Then when we walked into the room we were given, we walked into an occupied room and woke up the poor current (and naked) occupant. We went back down to the front desk and their response was less than expected. A curt apology, and a new room key. The gym ac was out, as well as the restaurant ac. Not a super great stay.

This was a clean well kept property with a diner attached for convenience. The major setback was I selected the property based on the Expedia advertisement of airport shuttle service. However, this is during limited times apparently. The shuttle does not start until after 7am. So any early bird flights you will not have that service available to you. Unfortunately I am an early flyer so this will be my last stay here for travels.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Check-in was a bit frustrating due to the long line and wait time. Once checked in, I noticed the pool rules seemed inconsistent—sometimes strictly enforced, other times completely ignored, which was confusing and inconvenient. On the plus side, the staff at the hotel restaurant, Burger Theory, were very friendly. Our waitress was especially welcoming and made our dining experience enjoyable. The food was decent and the service stood out. One important tip: avoid booking a street-side room. The traffic noise was constant and made it hard to relax or get a good night's sleep. Overall, this hotel has some good qualities, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
