This hotel was conveniently located and we loved having the 2br suite with kitchenette. Unfortunately we found the pool area quite dirty. Luckily we stayed so busy with Omaha's amazing parks and playgrounds we hardly had time to swim anyway. Also seiously annoying were the sheets not large enough to fit beds and we stuggled to put sheets back on bed every day. Good but wish it was better.

Fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Had to pay for parking which is ridiculous. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Runny/watery scrambled eggs, sausage was burnt terribly and there was no bacon?!? Pastries were dried out and crust. Staff could barely speak English running the breakfast and acted like a huge inconvenience when I asked for more coffee to be made.

Great for families!

We drove in during a literal blizzard so staff had issues making it in. Our room wasn’t ready on time, but they gave us the courtesy of expecting a delay. They also knocked off the parking fees for our stay because of the inconvenience. The room was clean and updated. The kids loved their comfy beds and the pool was a big hit. My husband enjoyed the breakfast and he’s difficult to please! Location was great. Close to the zoo, luminarium, children’s museum, etc. Also decently priced. We stayed in the 2 bdrm 2 ba suite that was at the end of the hall. No noisy elevators or people keeping us up. We would stay here again.

The price was fabulous for the room and we didnt move our vehicle all weekend as there was so much to do and see all within walking distance. We were not fond of the pizza we had at a nearby place but we chose one that we never had eaten before. Highly recommend

I’m honestly not sure where to start. This is our second time staying at this property and the first time was great. Thus, why we came back. However, this time it was awful. - paying for parking - why am I paying $15/night? My vehicle was broken into by the local trash. If you’re going to charge for parking you need to at least have some sort of reassurance that ppl aren’t going to rummage through our stuff. And yes, the car was locked. - the bathtub backed up when we showered so we were standing in at least 6 inches of water while showering. Super disgusting. - the toilet didn’t flush on the first try. You had to hold it down to make it work. - the thermostat didn’t work. It was either too hot or literally an ice box in there. - the “free” breakfast. Truly gross. The eggs were runny and tasteless. - the lack of towels after housekeeping cleaned our room. We then went down to the front desk and there weren’t enough towels for all of us. We reserved a room that slept 6, documented that 6 people would be there at the time of the reservation and there were still not enough towels for us. The icing on the cake was when we left yesterday morning. It was 6:30 am when we came downstairs with our stuff on a cart. It’s sleeting and freezing cold. With 4 small children we decided to pull around to the front under the covering to protect them while getting into the car. But we couldn’t actually do that bc the front desk person’s black Jeep Cherokee was parked there.

Decent hotel, but the beds are ROCK HARD

This was my second time staying here, and the beds just aren't comfortable. It feels like sleeping on a hard cot. The breakfast is what you'd expect from a hotel breakfast. The biggest downfall is that you have to pay $15/night for parking even if there's no events going on (but why should you pay for hotel parking when you're already paying so much for the hotel and amenities?), and they offer no discount for multiple nights. I'll probably find a hotel in a different area next time I come to see my friends.
