Sound quality was terrible, we could hear people across the hall, the faucet next door, and someone walking around the floor above us. Shower was extremely difficult to get to work properly, stains on ceiling tiles.

Needs a lot of work/training and updating websites description of this hotels accessories. We made it work but will choose a more clean and actually family friendly next time.

I had a virtual interview but could not do it in my room because my wife was ill and sleeping. Management allowed me to use another room at no charge. They were very accommodating in many ways. Great place.

Barely any breakfast options. The room was average. Check in process was terrible. I had an accompanying guest and they were labeled on the reservation. Shouldn't be a process to get him checked in for the room hours before I arrive. Handling of third party reservations was terrible as they almost tried to charge us again after already paying online. Overall the room was fine but all other parts basically made the stay stressful rather then comfortable

I didn’t end up staying there. I was having issues with my refund but Bonnie and employee there was very sweet and helpful and took care of my refund. We even joked about the deposit fee where she asked me if I had a pet and that could be my deposit fee I chuckled and said to her no pets just my husband.

We were not able to get the tv to work. Went to the front desk asked for help. We were told to point the remote at the black box by the tv. After several attempts it would turn on, show a guide but when selecting a program to watch the screen would go blank. Then randomly some program info would appear at the top of the screen but again go blank. The water pressure for the hot side of the shower control valve would only produce a dribble of water. This was pointed out to the desk. He did offer to open another room for taking a shower. This was declined. We had already taken a lukewarm shower.
