Meh.

The people tried really hard. Front desk, valet, some wait staff tried really hard. The rooms were subpar…one set of towels, limited selection in room coffee bar, limited toiletries in bathroom, no room service. Really wanted to love it but wait staff in restaurant seemed stretched and unable to keep up. Glad we tried it but won’t return.

This is a very nice hotel. The biggest thing for us was that they welcomed our dogs. For a small daily fee, the parking is convenient with in-and-out privileges. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We have stayed here before and have our trip back in November booked already

Lovely historic hotel! I've traveled all over the U.S. and this was probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. It's just a few blocks to the old market area, close but not too close to the interstate. We will stay again on our next visit to Omaha.

Excellent location and gorgeous hotel. Our check in was slow and we weren’t actually able to check in prior to our concert, due to process taking so long due to computer issues. The staff, however, did allow us to store our luggage in a holding room until we returned. However, it would’ve been much more preferred to have actually checked in and relaxed, unpacked, and then attend our concert.
