The hotel itself is cool and furnished.Nicely very modern. The lobby area has a very nice bar.Area, lots of board games, conversation area.And two free arcade games. There is no breakfast option.Only a few jimmy dean microwave meals.You have to purchase and microwave.There is no fridge or microwave.In the room which is extremely inconvenient for bringing leftovers back from the restaurant.
Our first night we were abruptly woken at 2 AM from other guests, drunk screaming and yelling and laughing up-and-down the hallway. I personally asked them to be quiet. And that only provoked them to be more loud after 2 calls made to the front desk.
They still were loud. There was only one female staff member overnight, and the manager would not be in until two days later.We were only offered drink tokens as an apology. The walls are extremely thin.We were at least ten rooms down and around a corner from these obnoxious guests, and I could hear them inside their room with the door shut with us being down the hall with our shower t v.And a speakerphone call going on.So if you are a light sleeper, you must bring earplugs.
The mattresses are absolutely rock hard.So if you need a softer mattress, this is not the place to stay. We stayed friday through sunday and by sunday.We were in so much pain in our backs.From how uncomfortable the beds or that we checked out that morning and drove home and didn't even continue our stay in omaha.
