The entire property is old and in some places it shows. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds spotless. So who can complain. The pool is big for a hotel.

Room was clean (clean sheets and towels, no visible dirt/grime) but the hotel is quite run down and the smell in the lobby/hallways/common areas was not pleasant. Trash cans outside overflowing with garbage. We check in late (9:45pm) as we got delayed by accidents. I called (and was on hold for 10 minutes) to ensure our room would not be given away and informed the front desk that we were still coming. When we arrived I was informed that the room I booked and pre-paid for was no longer available. After 11+ hours on the road and a call to ensure this wouldn’t happen the woman at the front desk was less than helpful. Not rude, but not helpful. We were “upgraded” to a double queen room and we had booked the king suite. The included breakfast was sub par, and every surface in the breakfast area was sticky… sticky enough that the paper plates had to be ripped off the table and left paper plate behind. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend staying here either.

Cheap for a reason

Bed bugs , my 2 year old was bit all over, room was not clean, found a nicotine container of pouches in the bed … , got an accessible room with a tub so I could bathe and then there was no drain plug to take a bath , asked the front about a plug and they don’t have those so wasn’t able to bathe . Needed an extra blanket and we called the lobby and their response was “we don’t give extra blankets “ 0/10 customer service .

Part2. Due to THE BUSY CWS there were limited linens available. The staff came by to take our dirty linens but did not drop any off. I asked three times and did not receive new linens. The carpets are terribly stained. The tub drained extremely slow. The hallways and room smelled musty and like smoke. I brought essential oils and it helped. No extra toilet paper in the room. You had to go to the desk. We had a blow dryer but other rooms did not. The safe did not work. No iron or iron board in room but a holder was in closet for both. You had to go to the desk for that. The breakfast was okay. I had yogurt, kids had waffles. Basic continental breakfast. The refrig and microwave were clean. Our linens were clean. Bed comfy. Suggestions. Return iron and blow dryer to rooms. Replace dirty carpets. Paint was chipping off of wall. Supply room with toilet paper and linens. Anticipate busy weekends.

The beds were very comfortable and we had clean sheets. I checked for any issues as soon as we arrived and the linens appeared very clean. The refrigerator and microwave were also clean. The coffee was good. It was CWS week/weekend so it was a busy weekend. Check in was good. Very friendly young lady.

Disgusting. That's the only word to describe this property. Non-smoking room had clearly been smoking at some point or another. Read the reviews on Google about bed bugs. Crumbs and boogers everywhere. Book literally anywhere else!

Bad smell, Nasty breakfast, Very little regard.

Our room smelled very strongly of cleaning fluid or oil (cannot really place the exact smell). They did not help after asking three times to come check it out. They said they did not have a different room available. Awful. Their breakfast area was filthy and they had the same thing every day - boiled egg, some type of sausage and waffles - they ran out of plates, cups and stopped serving at 9:00 on a Saturday without notice. The hotel is poorly maintained and they really had no regard for their guests.

This property is old, I get that. It was not in horrible condition. The issue was the staff and room/hotel incidentals. There were 2 towels, no hand towels, no was cloths, no shampoo or conditioner. There was 1 small bar of soap to be used at the sink and in the shower. When I did ask for a couple of extra towels (we were there 3 nights) I was given 1 towel. No pool towels were ever provided, and ask for by several guests. I understand it was a busy weekend, College World Series, but everyone knows this, absolutely no preparation for the number of guests! The exterior of the hotel, be ashamed Wyndham!

We stayed for 5 nights and our room was not cleaned AT ALL. So not only did we have to ask for towels every day, our trash cans weren’t emptied, and our coffee wasn’t replenished. I even asked to have the rooms made up. Twice. The second time I asked the girl looked me straight in the eye and said they didn’t have maids working that day. She didn’t like it when I told her they were almost to our room when we left. The second time the manager of some sort showed up and asked them to write it down and make sure it was done. Didn’t happen. The outside trash cans were always overflowing. There was a puddle of water on the carpet on the main floor that never went away. At o e time the manager was arguing with a patron in the hallway and it was very loud and unprofessional. The couches in the lobby smelled like urine and the staff was borderline rude.

I booked with my mothers card and had to change it because they would accept her card when she was with me and that’s how she wanted the rooms paid for trash every where front desk people were rude they never took out or cleaned rooms for over stays only two towels per room when there were more then two in each room and they over charged me for my price I reversed for

Previous guest left numerous opened tins of cat food in the refrigerator-total stink pot. When checking in, the desk said nothing like: Welcome to our hotel, breakfast is from 6 to 10, or, the elevator is to your left. Dog barking constantly in a room across the hall. Trash overfilling and the wind blowing into the parking lot. At checkout, the girl sat in a chair and nodded as i put my keys in the bowl. Didnt say anythink like: Thanks for staying with us or have a nice day.
