This property has pros and cons. The pros are The host was very responsive and contacted me back right away with all my concerns. The house was nice and big plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.The kitchen was nice laid out as well. The washer and dryer were a plus for sure. The beds were comfy. A nice backyard and it felt like a safe neighborhood. The Conn's are Upon arrival we struggle to get the lock in the front door to open so much so that we gave up and just started using the garage door throughout our stay. Upon entering the house it was not cleaned as there was trash in the trash bins upstairs and a very gross half filled bottle of water filled with cigarette butts in the living room downstairs on the floor. Cigarette butts all over in the bushes in the front.The counters were not wiped down well and the refrigerator looked pretty dirty. We had children so the backyard was a must, The downside was the side fence would not latch shut which made it very unsafe to let the kids just be back there someone had to be back with them so they didn't roam into the front yard and then into the street. The AC did not work for most of our visit. The dryer was full of towels when we arrived. The silverware drawer had a sticky bottom. Was not a fan of the showers The shower heads were to small. Found a microphone hidden. In prior renters belongingsThis could just be a one-off situation, The cleaner maybe had a bad day.
