Mr. G is the best!

Mr G at the front desk was fantastic! So welcoming and friendly. It was very refreshing from the norm to have someone that was just so naturally friendly greet me after a long day. Give him a raise, and put him in charge!

IMO 2 1/2 stars

The bed had a lot of " give" to it ... .No elevator was an issue because we had stuff . This definitely for passing thru to catch some rest ,not for targeted hanging out or vacationing long term. 2 1/2 stars IMO.

The facility does not have an elevator; I had to carry several pieces of luggage upstairs to a smallish room that was halfway between both sets of stairways. All of the rooms on the first floor were already in use. The staff was very apologetic about the situation, however.

It’s a great place to stay and the location is perfect. Many shopping and dining options very close by. The connected room was no my favorite but I probably could’ve request one not connect to another. The price is great for a quick stay. Staff was helpful, friendly and kind.

Check in was fine. First floor was having repairs, which was fine. Elevator out, vending machine working on the first floor. Fine. We were on the 2nd floor. Our room had a bed that was made and one hand towel. No bathroom towels, tp, or anything except one hand towel. No soap. TV didn't work. The front desk gal was pleasant when she kept coming up the stairs to our room. I asked if housekeeping missed our room and she said "maybe". Bed pillows (one each) were flat as pancakes.It was getting funny because it was getting so pathetic.
