Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in Spring 2026. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies may occur. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of the host's control. This one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is a beachfront haven for the up to four people who choose to vacation here.



Located in Orange Beach, this condo draws your attention immediately to the private balcony with a big view of the white-sand beach and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Inviting patio furniture offers the perfect spot to watch the sun rise and set, quietly enjoy a cup of coffee in the early morning hours, or even have a quick lunch before heading back down to the beach.



The condo's earthy color palette inspires a sense of calm yet reminds that this is a place for having lots of fun in the sun!



The kitchen is right-sized for up to four people and features an eat-in, countertop-height bar that is an ideal spot for children to dine or even play a game while the grownups prepare a meal.



The bedroom comes with a king-sized bed. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room where you can fall asleep gazing at the reflection of the moon and stars on the water.



The condo complex features an indoor pool and an outdoor pool on the Gulf side. Across the street, you'll find another outdoor pool with a view of Old River, and a pier with seating. A barbecue and picnic area is also available.

This condo was perfect for my partner and me to enjoy a nice beach weekend. The place was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was easy to access the beach from the property. Everything about this place was amazing. Highlight - soaking in the full moon and stars on the balcony.

Very nice location/views. The condo shows some years of wear and tear around door bottoms and trim. No bad but just a sign of usage. Two primary dislikes, the couch and the stove top. Never a level pan to cook in. Couch was uncomfortable and past it’s prime.

Parking was not guaranteed even with two paid parking passes. Balcony doors did not work. Couch smelled like urine. Baseboard missing with chew marks on cupboards. No deadbolt on door.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The view was amazing and the access to the beach was great! Elevator was scary how it bounces around 5 times before stopping and the door opening. The AC unit in the bedroom was very loud we bought ear plugs. A blackout curtain in the bedroom would be nice as the front door porch lights do not go off. I thought unit would have Keurig type of coffee machine as most hotel rooms etc. do these days so we brought pods. Not a deal breaker but that would have been nice as well as a hair dryer. But overall very clean and comfortable enough for our 4 night stay.
