As advertised! Perfect setup, steps to the beach literally. No elevators, clean, easy parking, amazing view and perfect weather. Wife and kids did not want to leave. We will definitely be back. Thanks Aja!

Just Book It!

This was our first visit to Orange Beach. We found Aja's property and knew we found "the one" to fit our family. The location is right on the road through Orange Beach. The property faces the beach and the view is spectacular. Before reaching the beach, there are splash pads and several heated pools that can be used on days when the gulf waters are a bit rough for swimming. The buildings are gated with a guard that allows you to enter the premises. Check in was very easy. The unit itself is well stocked and clean. There are neighbors are one side of the unit but we never heard them. Location is great with many restaurants, stores (grocery, souvenir shops, ice cream shops) located nearby. Aja answered our many questions in a timely manner. We didn't need to contact her at all during our stay. Everything worked flawlessly.

Quick off season trip

We had a great time! Quick off-season trip for daughters 18th birthday. Condo was clean with comfy beds and furniture and great location and view of the beach. Owner communicated well and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely book again.

Great Place!

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! The check in was super easy and we even got to check in a little early! Which was amazing since we had 4 little ones total with our group. The kids loved the bunk room. The condo was very spacious and updated. We were super close to everything and being on a lower level was a big plus. No waiting for elevators! The main living/kitchen area was spacious with a beautiful view. We hope to stay in this condo again. Thank you Aja for a great place for our family/friends trip!

Wonderful property and owners

We had an excellent stay. The condo was so clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room. I loved that we had a short flight of stairs right next to our room. We did not have to wait on elevators or haul everything up and down to get to the beach. I would highly recommend!!!!

Perfect spring escape

We had a wonderful stay at Aja's condo. This was our first trip with a family of 5 (infant, toddler and 4 yr old children). The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen had all the essentials and the beds were comfortable. The beach chairs and sand toys in the outdoor closet were a nice bonus. We very much appreciated the close proximity of the unit to the pool and beach (no waiting for elevators). The pool at Phoenix I was bathtub warm and perfect for young children. Aja was responsive and helpful in her communication! We loved everything about our trip to Orange Beach.

Amazing condo

We loved our stay! The condo has been recently updated with a smart TV in the living room and comfortable mattress in each room. The only issue we had the entire trip was checking in and getting parking passes. They had one girl at the desk trying to do the check in process for 2 condos. There will be a line but once you get into the condo it’s smooth sailing. 10/10 recommend.

Orange Beach Condo

This condo was a perfect fit for our family vacation. Master bedroom is close to the kids bedroom. Condo is beautiful and clean. Great view of the ocean. We hope to visit again. My only suggestion would be to have more silverware. There were only six forks, we managed and not a big deal to wash them, but if we would have had more people, it wouldn’t have worked. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Perfect for us!

The size of the condo was perfect for our party of 10. We had plenty of storage and room to move around. We also ate in the condo for most meals and that was super simple since all cookware is provided. The beds were very comfortable and all was super clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. We left the door open a lot to listen to the waves and had coffee out there. The walk to the beach is easy and quick. There were even some beach “toys” in the balcony closet, like sand buckets, chairs, frisbee, football and floaties for toddlers. We liked that there were TVs in every room because we had teens and toddlers, and nobody had to fight over what to watch at night or during down times between activities. Be aware that the only way to access the unit is stairs. Overall our family had the best time- there’s so much to do in the area! We would stay here again if we come back!

Spring Break

We had an amazing time here for our kids’ spring break! The beach was beautiful, and the close proximity to some wonderful restaurants was so convenient - we walked to dinner almost every night and had plenty to choose from. Very easy to get to and from the beach from this condo. Highly recommend- we can’t wait to come back!

Great condo in super convenient location!

The condo was great! Everything had been noticeably updated and the beds were all extremely comfortable! It has a super beachy feel and nice open floor plan. The master bedroom was spacious and the middle bedroom with two separate bunkbeds was a really nice touch! My favorite part was the proximity to both parking and the beach. Since I was traveling alone with two small children, it was imperative that maneuvering around the complex was convenient. We were steps from the car so that we could run to the grocery, go to dinner, go to the movies, etc. with ease. We were also steps from the beach. Down the short staircase, by the pool and down the short beach walkway. There’s no long walk once you step off the walkway either. The water was right there in front of you. A couple of times we had to run back to the condo from the beach for various things, and it literally just took minutes because it was so close. If you’ve ever lugged ice chests, towels, and children through yards of deep sand in the dead of summer, you’ll understand what a big deal that is! This is an older complex, but not having to deal with parking garages and long walks through the sand (even when you are staying directly on the beach) more than made up for it! Not to mention, as soon as you walk through the door to the actual unit you will forget that you were in an older complex. We used both the outdoor heated pool and the indoor pool which is only one building over, and a short walk. Although we were visiting in November, the beach was still warm and the kids enjoyed both of the pools. We would definitely stay again!
