Family of 4 - We enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly as described. The owner is very communicative and contacted me upon arrival and advised he would be available if we needed anything. The property’s amenities were fantastic and I appreciated the security personnel presence. We had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again.

Cozy oceanfront with a view

We had a fantastic 4th of July week in this unit. The view was beautiful, the location super convenient, and the amenities had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, stair access was easy, and the owner was responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Long weekend get away

The location was nice, however, the unit is very dated. I understand that and I specially for the price not surprised. However, The bed was not comfortable and squeaked every time you rolled over. The kitchen had an infestation of gnats. The owner said best to text him to communicate
when we told him about this issue no response. The faucet in bathroom dripped all night. Not one I would return to. The location was nice and AC worked great. Size good for a couple or coupleWith a child.

Great location

The location is great and is the best thing about the condo. Nice view and good pool and quick access to the beach. Condo is good for 2 people but I wouldn’t recommend more. The bunk beds are in the living room. Needs updating especially considering the cost of 3 nights. But we enjoyed it and spent very little time in the condo itself.

Good spot

This condo was just as advertised. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Great location. Easy check in. Fitness center was very dated and limited and seating on patio of condo was not comfortable. Everything else was good.

This complex is in a great location. Close to good food and entertainment! The complex has a wonderful pool and beach service. The condo itself is a bit dated and needed some attention. Spoke with the owner who was more than willing to help! Overall it was a good trip!

Very nice condo

Very nice condo! Everything was clean! The washer would not rinse the clothes. We tried only washing one thing at a time but it still didn’t work. That was my only complaint. Still a great place to stay and would definitely stay in this condo again.

Definitely a piece of paradise

This was definitely a piece of paradise. It was a great condo. Clean and everything we needed. My son loved the bunk beds and the heated pool. Great views of the ocean. The location was great. We were able to walk to 3 restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Wonderful Condo!!

We LOVE the location of this condo! Being right next to Flora-Bama and just minutes from other great eating spots and shopping was absolutely wonderful!!! The condo was very clean and we also had everything we needed. Our host was great with communication and was available to respond to any of our questions when needed. Hopefully we can rebook soon!!

Great Location

This condo is perfect for a couple who wants to be close to both the beach and Florabama. Could use a little updating and patio furniture is not very comfortable but other than that no complaints— the proximity to the Florabama properties is fantastic!

Good trip/Beach seaweed

The property was good, but the picture of the furniture in the living room was not up to date. The chair was very uncomfortable for my husband and the couch was ok. I was expecting the lounge couch that was shown in the picture. The deck furniture was not good, and they were going to replace it while we were there but on transporting to the condo, it fell out of the truck so it was not replaced. There was not a Keurig coffee maker so my husband was not happy. The beach was horrible with all the stuff coming in and it was all in the ocean water. People still went out in it but I cannot stand that stuff rubbing against me and floating all around you. The grandkids enjoyed the pool very much and made several friends.

Beach getaway

This was the perfect spot for us! Great view of the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed being close to Flora Bama and walking over to listen to live music. The property is well maintained and the pool and beach are beautiful.

Overall disappointing

We arrived to the unit with ease. No trouble getting in. The half bath has a pump attached to the toilet and on top of the pump was soled with dried yellow covering ( appearing to be urine). The toilet was clean but the pump is gross to look at each time you sit on the toilet. The tennis courts were damaged and not avail for use from Hurricane 2 years ago, but you can see t hey are clearly in the pictures and no description ever mentioned that they were nonfunctionable. We are avid players and rented this condo for this reason. The courts were located right outside our balcony. The patio furniture had a rickity table and 3 stained chairs and one had rust on the arm. They appear dirty due to the yellowish discoloration and are basically pitiful. However, they were not dirty and they were not very comfortable. There was one spare blanket in the whole condo and no extra sheets at all if some were needed for an emergency. Luckily, we did not need any. I am guessing the gruff fellow who runs the unit would tell you to wash them if you did need extra. The lighting the half bath flickers when the outlet is used. The beach umbrella was rusted and broken and chairs not of good quality ( kind of flimsy). We were forced to rent chairs for 70 because we were walking out the door for the beach when we realized they were not in good working order. I asked for 70 to be credited to my account and he denied the request. I wasn't sure how to turn on the washer because I pulled the knob to turn it on and it did not come on. After fiddling with it, I had to call to ask. The owner was very rude to me and demeaning about my ability not to start " the washer" correctly. Turns out you have to REALLY PULL the knob super hard and I was not pulling it enough. Anyway, he was very demeaning in his tone. I tried discussing all these issues directly with him but he did not do anything to compensate us for our troubles and I am simply putting this review out there to give an accurate description of what you are signing up for. Also, the frig ice maker on the front of the door does not work, and you must open freezer and reach your hand all the way in the ice to get the cubes. I didn't mention to him and I am sure he could care less about that also. The bed is extremely firm. ( we did not mind it but others might) The pictures are not the same decor or flooring as the unit either by the way.
