What a great condo, right on the beach! Everything a group could want or need for a fun stay in Orange Beach! Lots of restaurants and activities nearby. We will stay here if we come back to the area for sure.

Great condo for Orange Beach vacation!

The condo had everything we needed and was a great layout for 4 adults and 3 kids. It was clean and the owners are super friendly and communicative. The large balcony and quality of the balcony furniture was a huge draw for us. The 5th floor was a perfect location — and no long elevator waits. We would highly recommend this place to friends planning a stay in Orange Beach!

Great condo on the beach!

Dorenda and Jimmy were a great couple to work with. Tv wasn't working on day 1 and jimmy was there by that evening and had it fixed. The beds could be a little more comfortable but overall the condo was beautiful and clean!

We brought our family of 8 down, 7 adults and 1 child. Parents, sisters and grandchild. The condo was wonderful, beautiful & accomodated us perfectly! We had a wonderful time on the beach and relaxing in the condo! The pool was nice when you wanted a break from the ocean. Everything was super clean! We can't wait to come back! Dorenda makes you feel like family!

Best beach experience!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Words can not express how grateful we are to Dorenda for providing us with a beautiful condo to enjoy our vacation. The condo was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was huge with a great view. The weather was perfect and the kids also enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. We have already booked our next vacation here and plan to stay here on our yearly summer vacations! Thank you so much Dorenda for your amazing hospitality.

Beautiful!

The Doyle's were very accommodating. They answered all of our questions and were very attentive. The condo was beautiful and the views breathtaking! The kitchen was stalked with everything you could think of and there is a washer and dryer. It couldn't have been more perfect. Highly recommend and we will definitely be using the Doyle's in the future.

Best Family Get Away!!

Loved our stay at this condo! Room for everyone. Beds comfy! Has sleeper sofa, we didn't use it. Good balcony furniture. Close to Walmart market and Publix. We like to cook a big breakfast to start our day. Kitchen stocked fairly well, we made do. Addressed it with management, new skillet to be added. :) Defiantly would stay here again, when coming to Orange Beach.

Perfect Family Beach Stay

Our five day/four night stay at this condo was the perfect way to celebrate my son’s high school graduation. The location right on the beach was incredible. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and loved the ease of beach access right downstairs. The condo was so well-decorated with even the smallest detail from the cute whale shower curtain holders to the celebration cake the owner left for us contributing to our perfect stay. Every place we wanted to tour was extremely close to the condo, though most of the time we wanted to spend time on the beach, in the pool or right on the large balcony! Each member of our party from my 17 year old son to my 62 year old MIL agreed that the relaxing atmosphere of the condo was the #1 highlight of our trip. We would 100% book this location again and recommend it to all our friends and family. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect! This condo is well taken care of!

There was plenty of room for our family of 3 adults and 4 kids. The condo was very clean. It was right on the beach as promised. We could see our kids at the pool and beach. The large patio was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. I even asked if she had a crockpot, if not I could bring mine. She placed a brand-new one in the unit before our stay! Can't beat that! Dorenda was quick to respond and very easy to do business with. We loved this condo and you will too! Can't wait for our next visit!

Family time

The condo looked clean but when shoes were taken off, all of our feet were black. I would have wet mopped but nothing was available. I did sweep daily for sand and vacuumed. I would recommend having some child appropriate games available. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Great getaway

We love Orange Beach. This was our second trip down there. This property was in a great location. The unit itself was clean (except for a few items in the kitchen). The elevator was super hot - thankfully we only had to take to the 5th floor. Not sure if something was not working or if there is no AC in the elevator. One thing I wish we had known before we left is that the entire front of the property is claimed by a chair rental company. The first morning we woke up and the chairs/umbrellas were three rows deep. We had to set up in front of the property next door. There was communication that this was available but I had no clue that would be the only option if we wanted to see the water.

Amazing experience at Windward Pointe

I really don't know that I have the words to express how much I loved this condo and how much I loved renting from this owner. My family and I decided at the last minute to give my Mom a surprise birthday weekend at the beach. We were so blessed to have found this condo. The condo is really comfortable and spacious. The one King, one Queen and two double beds worked out really well for our family of 6. And there was still room for a couple of more people! The kitchen is just the right size for a condo at the beach. It's definitely large enough to make dinner for a large group. It is stocked better than almost any other condo where we have ever stayed. That was really helpful and very appreciated. The view of the Gulf is outstanding from the Living Room and from the Master Bedroom. Each of which have access to the really large deck. It was a great gathering place for us. Between the owner, Dorenda, and the condo, I really don't know which part was best! She helped make our Mom's 80th birthday be so special. When we got to the condo, it had been decorated for Mom's birthday! And we are all so grateful for that. She is a great communicator and responds to emails really quickly. The next time we want to spend time at the beach we will be checking to see if this condo is available. In fact, I am making note of the VRBO Proberty ID so that I don't ever lose this place. It was wonderful and I can't recommend it enough. You won't be disappointed if you decide to rent it.

Family Vacation 2017

We were a family of 8 adults, 2 children and 2 infants (one being only 5 weeks old). The accommodations at windward Pointe were excellent! The owners, Jim & Dorenda Doyle were very accommodating as well. Dorenda came to the condo to greet us and made sure we had everything and to make sure we were satisfied with the property. She even offered for some in our party to park their card at her house instead of having to buy extra parking passes. She even had extra beach towels in case we forgot our own. Who does that!!! On the balcony was a storage closet she said we were welcome to anything in the closet. We found sandcastle equipment (essential for little boys), dipping nets, beach chairs and umbrellas. There was plenty of linens in each of the bedrooms, extra pillows and blankets in the closets. In living room there were plenty of games, books, dvds, for all to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, dinnerware, toaster, blender, etc. The full size washer and dryer came in handy the day we got caught out in the rain. And, it felt good to go home and not have to do a ton of laundry. My family and I discussed on several occasions how accommodating she was. I did not use her, but she is also a photographer. So, we may have to make some plans for next year. While planning our family vacation, Dorenda also sent us some ideas of things to do, places to go and eat. Our experience with the Doyles was nothing less than great! Excellent!
