The TV would not turn on and did not work and all night the refrigerator was making an awful loud buzzing noise keeping myself and my kids awake!

The room layout was awesome. There was a weird smell coming from the first room we were moved out of and then another weird smell that wasn’t as bad but still there. The shuttle to Disneyland was convenient and the breakfast was great too.

Our overall stay was okay. We called for service for towels and for trash to be taken out and they never came. There was a roach crawling on the wall. You can hear every single noise especially above us. Wasn’t as clean as I hoped there were big stains in carpet and kitchen chair were wobbly.
